The first ever inductee is someone very special to all of us.

A man who took up cycling later in life but who puts us all to shame with his PB of 2 hrs 1 min for a 50 mile TT completed in his 50’s!!! 

Not only has he a huge engine but he loves everything about CC, adding to it with his sense of enthusiasm and positivity.

It’s fair to say everyone at the CC holds Eugene with very high regard and we’re delighted and privileged that’s he’s part of Connect Cycling.

Roy is a true gentleman who overcame a broken hip and subsequent surgery to come back fitter and stronger than before.

Some doubted he’d be back on the bike but he proved his tenacity and determination, proving everyone wrong! … though some have questioned if he sneakily had a mechanical hip inserted 

Roy it’s a pleasure having you as part of CC and this recognition plays a small part in acknowledging your enthusiasm, commitment and dedication.
